Sub-measure: 5.4.1. Support for gaining of the protection of industrial property
The objective of the Operational Programme Innovative Economy measure 5.4 Intellectual property management is to exploit the potential of the protection of industrial property rights (inventions, utility models and industrial designs), particularly outside the country. The refund of expenditure incurred for the preparation of the application documentation and carrying out proceedings before the competent authorities involved in the protection of industrial property, related to the acquisition of industrial property rights.
